We exist to create shared living communities in every residence we establish. We believe everyone has a right to safe, comfortable, peaceful and resourceful living, a place to get back on their feet and / or finally call home!

We serve independent adults (18+) with fixed incomes, Seniors, Veterans, individuals needing re-entry back into the community, men, women & LGBTQ+ all Homeless or AT RISK of being Homeless, in need of shelter- all must apply and be accepted.

What We Do

Gather Homes provide housing offering fully furnished, all amenities included, all utilities paid with shared semi-private rooms and single rooms to individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness in PA and NJ. We strive to create environments that focus on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management, as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits, care and coordination agencies, as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our communities we serve. Gather Homes does not provide services but rather we partner with outside approved agencies to provide the help every client needs.

Application Process

Like most providers we have an intake form that our prospective clients will fill out. This allows us to obtain a clear understanding of who the whole person is from history, to habits, to goals. We review each prospect as a team and place like-individuals together so the living environments are optimal. Everyone in the home should be able to contribute to each other in some small way; we do our best to align on goals & benefits. By doing so, wonderful but simple living spaces are created. Most of our clients typically originate via a shared referral source and oftentimes this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family. This allows our qualified staff to better understand the special needs of the particular client, and therefore make a decision on acceptance or intake.
